We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging.

To submit your item for a refund please head over to our contact page and fill in the information box explaining you would like a refund and the reason why. You will receive a response within 48 hours explaining how to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days (exact timescale depends on how quickly the payment is processed. This is outwith our control)

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
